Backstory: Every seventeen years Melanie appears from hiding to commit as many robberies as possible before returning underground to produce the toxins she sells to the highest bidder. If contaminated by her poisons the body becomes unable to produce more energy and will run until empty. A dangerous foe that heroes are lucky doesn't come around often.
