Backstory: A member of his high school's stage crew, Arthur has never acted in a musical nor actually watched one all of the way through. But when the urge to be in the spotlight struck him he broke into his old high school and stole the costume from his senior production. Now, he acts as the leader of the Protectors for profit while keeping the streets of Skum City clear of crime.
