Backstory: As the owner of Snake Oil Lounge Ian is no stranger to the underground happenings of Skum City. There are few lines he wouldn't cross, one being killing his brother. As he is shut out from the world with an overcoat of flamboyance Bart is the only that can reach through to him. Luckily, he has his snakes to keep him company, the most important being Choco who is taxidermized and wrapped around his neck.
